Friday Link Love! Episode 5

Happy Friday to all! Let’s get to it.

I thought I was going to have more this week, but I guess I didn’t see that much that really caught my eye.

  1. I wanted to share one of Shane Vander Hart’s recent posts from Caffeinated Thoughts. It concerns the topic of homosexuality and the wonderful feedback he received afterward. On the one hand, it comes as no surprise to me. The “liberal” left who supposedly are so tolerant and accepting of everyone and everything, sure get nasty when you confront them with truth.
  2. Occasionally, I’m sure we’ve all run into 404 error pages before. I’m considering updating mine to this one.
  3. This is a topic I’ve heard discussed recently. But this short video from Def/Con really hit me about the rise of Islam. It should be noted that the nations that Jesus goes to war against at His Second Coming are, yes, you guessed it: all Muslim!
  4. I’d like to wish Israel a happy belated birthday! (HT: Chuck Missler’s Koinonia House).
  5. Christians! Head’s up! The government of the United States considers you a threat.
  6. iMonk is telling you to get rid of some of your theology.
  7. This last one isn’t necessarily Biblical. I was sent an email earlier this week about the Burj Dubai Tower in the United Arab Emirates. It is the tallest, man-made structure ever built. (Oh wait…maybe I can link this to the Bible…anyone ever hear of Babel? Genesis 11:4-9.)

May He Increase!

About Joe

I am a born-again Christian who believes the Bible to be the inspired Word of God, the final authority for faith and life, inerrant in the original writings, infallible and God-breathed. I am a husband, father and stepfather who eagerly waits for the return of Jesus, the Meshiach Nagid.
