Words for the Wise – No. 6

This entry is part 6 of 14 in the series Words for the Wise

wisdom-of-solomonMy family is going through a difficult time right now with my job uncertainty. I feel that God is testing us right now to see where we are placing our faith. But I also feel as though this is a season of change and that God has something new for us that He's trying to show us.

Two things I asked of You, do not refuse me before I die: keep deception and lies far from me, give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with the food that is my portion, that I not be full and deny You and say, "Who is the Lord?" Or that I not be in want and steal, and profane the name of my God. --Proverbs 30:7-9.

This is my prayer.

May He Increase!
