The other day, my dear brother Ike posted a link to a YouTube video. I thought it was quite wonderful, so I wanted to make sure that people saw it.
It’s a partial sermon by Dr. S.M. Lockridge, with wonderful video effects from “The Passion of the Christ.”
Yes, friends, Jesus is my King!
May He Increase!

I love that video!
I did, too. I’m so grateful to Ike for posting the link.
Thanks for sharing. I first heard parts of that sermon on a tape almost 20 years ago when I was in high school. I have loved it ever since. That man had a way with words. And I agree with him and say, “That’s my King!!”
I need to look to see if I can find a transcript of the sermon. I’m sure someone has it posted somewhere, right? :-)
I have a transcript of one version of it. He changed it on a couple of occasions with additions and rephrasing. I will email you the one I have.
Jeff, that would be wonderful. Thanks so much!
Sorry, I misplaced it or lost it, but I found a link to the text on the web.

Thank you, Jeff!
I am trying to find the date That’s My King was first delivered,
Ellie,
Based on what I was able to track down, Dr. Lockridge gave it in Detroit in 1976. If I can get more details, I’ll post them here.
