I think this pastor kept his “odds” short because of time. But if you look at all the authors of the Bible…..and all the years in between…….it is nothing short of God’s Word. I wouldn’t even know how to calculate the possibility that all these men could all be on the same page!? Are you kidding me? Amazing!
It was a short clip. The stats are from Peter Stoner’s Science Speaks. Greg only included a small portion of them.
I’m very fond of Chuck Missler’s assertion: “66 books, by 40 authors, written over 1,000 years, yet it’s an integrated message system.” If you put 10 people in a room and try to get them all to agree on one topic, it’s nearly impossible. Try doing that with 40 people! Try keeping those 40 people completely consistent over a thousand years…impossible!
