Adventures in Chili-Eating

So lately the blog has been completely unfocused and–I know–a little weird.

Perhaps these are “birth-pangs” or something new for 2011. I don’t know yet.

Some of these weird detours are the result of my friendship with Jack Scalfani over the past year or so. Though it’s not obvious at first glance, this is all part of God’s plan. Really. It is.

As I mentioned before, he and I are part of the KACC Media team. Some have thought we are actually related because we look alike. I suspect that we were separated at birth because we are so much alike in terms of personality and interests. I’ve been blessed to be associated with him and be his brother-in-Christ. He’s a great guy.

The other day, he took me long for another lunch outing to Chili John’s in Burbank, CA. The original Chili John’s is Green Bay, WI.

Without further delay, I present to you . . .

About Joe

I am a born-again Christian who believes the Bible to be the inspired Word of God, the final authority for faith and life, inerrant in the original writings, infallible and God-breathed. I am a husband, father and stepfather who eagerly waits for the return of Jesus, the Meshiach Nagid.

This guy is a riot. He really needs to have his own “reality” comedy show. If you guy’s had an hour drive back home…….sure hope you had the windows down:-)
