I’m sure most of you know what Philippians 4:6 says.
In case you don’t, it says:
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. –Philippians 4:6.
I like the translation of this verse that I heard recently:
“Worry about nothing, pray about everything, and give thanks [...]

The Bible is a prophetic book. Seems like an obvious statement to most people, doesn’t it?
There are some wonderful gems that I think we all over look in our Bible reading. One that I recently became aware of is found in Hosea. It concerns one of the triggering events of Jesus’ Second Coming.

As we enter Christmas week 2009, we are just about finished with the series on “The Prophecy of Zacharias.”
After two verses speaking of Zacharias’ son, John the Baptist, the prophesy turns back to Jesus.
